Scope of Work

• Performed comprehensive electrical maintenance and standby electrical execution for the Barabati Stadium during the India vs. England ODI match in 2024.

• Conducted pre-event inspection and testing of all stadium electrical systems, including main distribution panels, backup generators, transformers, switchgear, lighting circuits, and emergency power systems.

• Implemented preventive maintenance measures to ensure reliable power distribution and minimize the risk of outages during the event.

• Provided full-time standby electrical support throughout match day, with on-site electrical technicians and engineers ready to respond to any faults or power interruptions.

• Managed load balancing and coordinated with stadium operations to prioritize critical systems (broadcasting, floodlights, public address, security systems, player amenities, and concession utilities).

• Performed rapid troubleshooting and fault isolation for any electrical anomalies detected during the event.

• Carried out safe switching operations and synchronization for standby generators and paralleling equipment as required.

• Ensured compliance with all relevant safety protocols and client-specified procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE use, and coordinated communication with OCA representatives.
